Summary

GENERAL SUMMARY: Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, policies & procedures, engagement and performance management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or MS strongly preferred. Must have a minimum 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources position. PHR certification preferred.
