Aiding and empowering orthopedic surgeons is the heartbeat of our company. Providing educational opportunities for our surgeon partners and our team is part of our commitment to advancing the field of pediatric orthopedics.
Through direct funding and feet-on-the-ground assistance, we are committed to supporting and providing excellent pediatric orthopedic education. From national and international societies, to local resident and fellow training programs, we’re there with surgical skills labs, digital training programs, and hands-on, practical experience on basic and advanced principles of orthopedic surgery.
Investing in innovation
We continually invest in bio-skills workshop equipment and develop pediatric condition-specific sawbones to enable surgeons to practice and learn on accurate models. We also developed product-specific Patient Charge Sheets to assist OR staff and make their workflows more efficient.
In addition to surgeon training, OrthoPediatrics continues to lead the way in pediatric sales force training for our distribution partners and direct sales consultants. Our goal is to provide the best trained pediatric clinical sales force to our surgeon customers.
